Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Virtual Assistant to support a portfolio of fast-growing startups within the HubSpot ecosystem. This 100% remote role is perfect for an organized individual looking to gain valuable experience in the startup world. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations for our diverse client base, handling administrative, organizational, and communication tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars efficiently.
