Job Description
Greystar is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our property management teams. This 100% remote, part-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills who can efficiently manage a variety of tasks from their home office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth property operations and exceptional service delivery to our residents and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails and phone calls, acting as a liaison between property managers, tenants, and vendors.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings for property managers.
- Assist with tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and coordination.
- Maintain and update property databases and tenant records with accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on their completion.
- Support marketing efforts by updating online listings and social media content.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with light bookkeeping tasks.
- Conduct market research and gather data pertinent to property operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the property management team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium).
