Job Description
Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for digital content and a desire to support creators? Global is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our team, specifically supporting our podcasters and YouTubers. This is an excellent beginner-friendly opportunity for someone looking to break into the media industry and gain hands-on experience in content production support. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of various digital projects, providing essential administrative and operational support to our talented content creators. Key Responsibilities
- Manage content creator schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Assist with basic video and audio editing tasks, including trimming and adding intro/outro segments.
- Coordinate guest bookings and manage communication with potential collaborators.
- Research topics, trends, and potential guests relevant to content strategies.
- Perform social media scheduling and community engagement under guidance.
- Organize and maintain digital files, assets, and documentation.
- Prepare show notes, descriptions, and metadata for podcasts and YouTube videos.
- Monitor analytics and provide basic reports on content performance.
- Handle email correspondence and general administrative duties.
- Provide technical support for remote recording sessions (e.g., setting up virtual meeting rooms).
