Job Description
Newsquest is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to support our expanding podcasting initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our podcasts run smoothly, from scheduling to promotion, all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate podcast guest schedules and interview logistics.
- Prepare and edit podcast show notes, descriptions, and transcripts.
- Manage episode uploads to various podcast hosting platforms.
- Assist with basic audio file organization and labeling.
- Develop and schedule social media promotional content for new episodes.
- Conduct research on potential podcast topics, guests, and industry trends.
- Maintain an organized system for podcast assets and communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the digital content team.
