Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and marketing support to our community of professional photographers. This part-time, remote role is perfect for someone passionate about photography and skilled in administrative tasks, digital marketing, and client communication. You will play a crucial role in helping photographers streamline their operations, enhance their online presence, and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments for photographers.
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Perform basic photo culling, editing, and gallery organization using provided software (e.g., Lightroom, ShootProof platform).
- Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare and send invoices, contracts, and other client-facing documents.
- Conduct market research for potential clients or marketing opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth business operations for photographers.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with photography workflows and terminology.
- Proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
