Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to financial advisors.
- Manage and organize advisor calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (when applicable).
- Prepare client-facing documents, reports, and presentations using various software tools.
- Assist with client communication, including drafting emails and scheduling calls.
- Maintain client records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate internal meetings and assist with project management tasks.
- Conduct basic research to support advisor initiatives.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate advisor or department.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
