Job Description

Stripe is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our Client Services team on a part-time basis. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in providing administrative and operational support to our client-facing teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of client accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize client documentation and records within our CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including sending invitations and managing calendars.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and other client-facing communications.
  • Assist in research tasks related to client industries or specific project needs.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support invoice processing and expense reporting for client-related activities.
  • Maintain clear and organized digital files and folders, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed to ensure smooth client operations and team efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other common office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with financial technology or payment processing concepts.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
