Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic usability tests on various applications, prototypes, and features across multiple platforms.

- Identify areas for improvement in app design, functionality, and overall user flow.
- Communicate test results, insights, and recommendations effectively to development and User Experience (UX) teams.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new testing methodologies, tools, and product features.
- Collaborate with other testers and team members to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and shared learning.
- Adhere to testing protocols and guidelines to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Required Skills

- Basic technical proficiency with mobile and web applications (e.g., navigating app stores, installing apps, using browser features).
