Job Description

In this 100% remote contract role, you will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, ensuring our products are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Execute predefined test cases and scenarios for mobile, web, and desktop applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, concise descriptions and screenshots/recordings.
- Provide subjective feedback on the overall user experience, including ease of navigation, clarity of instructions, and aesthetic appeal.
- Participate in remote feedback sessions and surveys as required.
- Collaborate with development and UX/UI teams by offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all tested applications and proprietary information.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle usability issues.
- Proficiency with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and web browsers.
- Experience with bug tracking or feedback platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, UserTesting).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and access to modern testing devices (smartphone, tablet, computer).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in app testing, QA, or user experience roles.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
