Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading telecommunications company from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual meetings for team members.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Conduct online research, gather data, and compile summary reports as required.
  • Assist with virtual meeting coordination, including setting up platforms and taking accurate minutes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive company and client information.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
