Job Description
Join The Andersons, Inc. as a Vineyard Worker and become an essential part of our agricultural operations. You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks that contribute to the health and productivity of the vineyard. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general vineyard maintenance tasks, including pruning, training vines, and canopy management.
- Assist with grape harvesting, both by hand and with machinery.
- Support irrigation systems, including setting up, monitoring, and relocating equipment.
- Participate in pest and disease control efforts under supervision.
- Maintain vineyard infrastructure, such as trellises, fences, and roads.
- Operate basic farm equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
