Job Description

Join the Kendall-Jackson team as a Vineyard Worker and become an essential part of our winemaking process from the ground up. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, offering a unique opportunity to learn about viticulture in one of California’s premier wine regions. You will contribute directly to the health and productivity of our vineyards, performing a variety of manual tasks crucial for grape growth and harvest. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to work outdoors in a dynamic agricultural setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual tasks such as pruning, tying, trellising, and shoot thinning vines.
  • Assist with irrigation setup and maintenance.
  • Participate in grape harvesting, including hand-picking and machine-assisted operations.
  • Remove weeds and maintain vineyard cleanliness.
  • Operate basic hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Report any issues with vines, equipment, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals.
