Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Videographer to join our dynamic creative team in Coventry, West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to produce high-quality video content for a wide range of projects, from promotional campaigns to internal communications and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content in various formats for digital platforms, broadcast, and internal use.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video projects from start to finish.
- Manage and organize media assets, ensuring proper backup and archiving.
- Perform color grading, sound design, and motion graphics as needed to enhance video quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (minimum 3 years).
- Expert proficiency with professional video cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques for various shooting environments.
- Proficiency in audio recording and mixing techniques.
- Demonstrable portfolio of video production work.
- Excellent storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of drone operation for aerial videography (with relevant certifications).
- Experience working in a fast-paced media or broadcast environment.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
