Job Description

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and conceptualization to prototyping and final implementation.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present and defend design decisions to various stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a design-related field.
• Experience designing for complex enterprise software or B2B platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Prior experience mentoring junior designers.
