Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

- Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating academic or personal design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Previous internship experience in a related field.
