Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support key business projects from conception through to execution, contributing to project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for various stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommending actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and foster a cohesive work environment.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and company-wide events to gain a holistic view of the business.
• Take initiative to learn about Unilever's brands, products, and sustainable business practices.
• Provide administrative and operational support to your assigned department as needed.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program from an accredited university.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or relevant work experience.
• Active participation in extracurricular activities or leadership roles.
• Familiarity with consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry trends.
• Experience with data visualization tools or advanced analytics software.
• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, or Engineering.
