Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven UI/UX Design Intern to join our innovative digital product team in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.

- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Create low-to-high fidelity prototypes for testing and presentation.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Support the design team in maintaining design systems and asset libraries.
- Learn and apply design thinking methodologies to problem-solving.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of fundamental UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and responsive design.
- Excellent visual design skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and concepts clearly.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A portfolio demonstrating design projects (academic or personal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with user research techniques and methodologies.
