Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is crucial for managing the daily cash position, optimizing liquidity, and supporting treasury operations for PNC Bank. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring financial stability and efficiency, contributing to strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting, ensuring optimal liquidity for the bank's operations.
• Execute money market transactions and short-term investments to maximize returns while managing risk.
• Monitor and analyze bank fees, ensuring cost-effective banking relationships.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports for senior management, providing insights into cash flows and investment performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and control.
• Support foreign exchange activities and intercompany funding processes.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to treasury systems implementation and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Finance.
• Certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate.
• Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS Quantum).
• Familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools.
