Job Description

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and highly qualified Teachers for various subjects to join our esteemed schools in Al Barsha, Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across various subjects in accordance with the curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and well-being.
• Implement school policies and procedures to ensure a well-ordered classroom and school environment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area with a teaching qualification/license.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., British, American, IB).
• Certification in specific subject areas or special education.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East.
• Fluency in additional languages.
