Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers across all subjects to join our esteemed schools in Sharjah, UAE. This is an exceptional opportunity for qualified educators looking to make a significant impact in a diverse and vibrant learning environment. We welcome applications from teachers specializing in Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and Sixth Form subjects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that adhere to the curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and student well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Prepare students for examinations and assessments relevant to their grade level and subject.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth.
- Stay updated with best practices in education and subject matter knowledge.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area with a teaching qualification/license.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and student success.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license from a recognized international body.
- Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., IB, British, American).
- Experience working in the UAE or other international settings.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Arabic.
