Job Description

We are seeking highly passionate and dedicated Teachers across all subjects to join our esteemed international schools in Sharjah, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across assigned subjects, aligning with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and mutual respect.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student well-being and academic achievement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, faculty meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area with a teaching qualification/license.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong pedagogical skills and a commitment to student-centered learning.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., IB, British, American).
