Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Teachers across all subjects to join our esteemed schools in Sharjah, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across all subjects in accordance with the school's curriculum framework.
• Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning and progress of students, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs and promotes student engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Participate in co-curricular activities and school events, contributing to the broader school community.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
• Commit to continuous professional development and actively participate in training programs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area with a teaching qualification/license.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience with a British, American, or IB curriculum.
• International teaching experience, particularly in the Middle East.
• A valid teaching license from your home country or equivalent.
