Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, requiring a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and new system requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Design and document system workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for implemented systems.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL.
• Experience with enterprise-level systems (ERPs, CRMs).
• Knowledge of data modeling and visualization tools.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Fluency in additional languages.
