Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Detroit, Michigan. As a Systems Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of complex systems. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
• Design and document system architectures, data flows, and integration points.
• Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, and propose solutions for improvement.
• Support the development team throughout the system development life cycle.
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in system analysis and design methodologies.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or financial services industry.
