Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Systems Analyst to join our team in Gulfport, MS. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and effective flow of materials, information, and finances. You will analyze complex supply chain data, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance, reduce costs, and improve delivery reliability. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing supply chain processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust supply chain models, tools, and databases to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and engineering to integrate supply chain solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, delivery performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on supply chain performance and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and statistical software.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with advanced supply chain planning and optimization software.
  • Proven experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
