Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role is crucial for optimizing our complex global supply chain, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels across our network.
• Develop and implement robust supply chain models and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, procurement, and fulfillment centers to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on supply chain performance.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and potential supply chain disruptions.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of supply chain principles, forecasting, and inventory optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other process improvement frameworks.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail supply chains.
• Familiarity with global trade compliance and international logistics.
