Job Description
Join Deloitte’s dynamic Human Resources team as a Summer HR Intern in Georgetown, Washington D.C. This internship offers a unique opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a world-class professional services firm. You will support our HR operations, contribute to talent management initiatives, and learn about the strategic role HR plays in a large organization. This program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to HR functions, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires and interns, including paperwork and orientation support.
- Support HR business partners with various projects related to talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Participate in HR team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
