Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of biomedical devices and instrumentation.

• Participate in laboratory experiments, collecting and interpreting data accurately.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including protocols and reports.
• Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts related to product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Present findings and progress reports to team members and management.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards in the laboratory and workplace.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a research lab or industry setting.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS).
• Demonstrated interest in specific areas such as biomaterials, medical imaging, or drug delivery systems.
• Completion of core biomedical engineering coursework.
