Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and insights for client projects.
• Analyze complex business problems and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial models, presentations, and other deliverables under the guidance of project leaders.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to strategic discussions.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse project teams, fostering a supportive and high-performance environment.
• Support the development of client proposals and internal knowledge initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and potentially to clients.
• Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and research efforts.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier university program (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Strong academic record with demonstrable analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities with a structured and logical approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or previous work experience.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in a demanding professional environment (e.g., consulting, finance, tech).
• Familiarity with various research methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of core business concepts across strategy, operations, finance, and marketing.
