Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Boise, ID. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions for our enterprise clients, leveraging Microsoft’s extensive suite of cloud services (Azure), platforms, and applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges with innovative architectural designs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and documentation.
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions, making recommendations for their adoption to improve existing systems or create new capabilities.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure architectural integrity and best practices are maintained.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering insights and recommendations on solution design, integration patterns, and data architecture.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including presenting solutions to prospective clients and assisting with proposal development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity management principles.
- Proficiency in architectural patterns, integration strategies, and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and tools.
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Prior experience working with global teams or in a multicultural environment.
