Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Washington D.C. This pivotal role involves designing robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that meet our clients’ complex business needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions, providing technical leadership and strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through solution implementation.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution capabilities and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical staff, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for optimizing existing systems.

- Act as a subject matter expert, offering insights and guidance on architectural decisions and technical challenges.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar senior technical role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
