Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, shaping the future of our platform.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and practices to improve development processes and product quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) if working on full-stack projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in a large-scale, high-traffic web application environment.
