Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems and applications.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) if applicable to the role.
- Knowledge of German language is a plus.
