Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our innovative team in Munich, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced developers passionate about building robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that power the world’s leading businesses. You will work on challenging projects, contributing to the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. We are specifically looking for candidates eligible for the German Blue Card visa, and we will provide comprehensive support throughout the sponsorship and relocation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern development practices and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, design features, and deliver impactful products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Node.js).
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and disseminate knowledge across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to optimize performance and functionality.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for full-stack roles.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
• Experience in enterprise software development.
