Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our remote team. This role is 100% remote and will support our marketing efforts by managing social media content, assisting with campaign execution, and helping to analyze performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activities, reporting insights to the marketing team.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and content promotion.
- Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, social media graphics, and website copy.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytical tools.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (at least 1 year).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, content marketing, email marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
