Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is crucial in managing and enhancing Harley-Davidson’s presence across various social media platforms, engaging with our passionate community, and driving brand awareness and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Oversee social media campaigns, contests, and promotions from concept to execution.
• Analyze social media data, prepare reports, and use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, PR) to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Identify and engage with social media influencers and brand advocates.

Required Skills

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating social media visuals.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Experience managing social media for an international brand or an organization with a global reach.
