Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review user-generated content, including images, videos, and text, against established community guidelines and policies.
  • Make consistent, accurate, and timely decisions on content violations.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior reviewers or specialized teams as needed.
  • Contribute to the improvement of content moderation policies and tools by providing feedback and insights.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to stay updated on policy changes.
