Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (text, images, video) in accordance with Meta's community standards and policies.
- Make objective decisions on content violations, escalating complex cases to senior moderators or specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
- Contribute to improving moderation guidelines and workflows by providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on evolving content trends, platform policies, and tools.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent application of policies and share best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
