Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn social media strategy, content creation tools, and platform best practices.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative content ideas for various Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.).
• Create compelling visual and written content, including graphics, short videos, stories, and captions, under guidance.
• Schedule and publish content across different social media channels, ensuring timely delivery and optimal engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to inform content strategy.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions.
• Support the marketing team in analyzing content performance and generating reports.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and community standards.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrable passion for social media and digital content creation.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
