Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, short videos, and written posts, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively suggest new ideas to improve our content strategy.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with broader campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and report on social media content performance, identifying key learnings and opportunities for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging platforms in social media marketing.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for creating social media visuals.

Preferred Qualifications
