Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and shareable text, image, and video content tailored for each social media channel.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to content creation.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
• Schedule and publish social media posts using content management tools.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and digital content creation.

Required Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of popular social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) or a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with a passion for generating new ideas and engaging content.
