Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Social Media Content Analyst to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about social media, content creation, and data analysis to contribute to the digital strategy of global brands. You will play a crucial role in monitoring social media trends, analyzing content performance, and supporting the development of engaging digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activities, and user-generated content relevant to our brands.
  • Assist in the research and development of content ideas that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collect and analyze social media data (engagement, reach, sentiment) to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, highlighting successes and recommending strategic adjustments.
  • Support the content team in scheduling posts, managing content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages under supervision, maintaining brand voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
