Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to merchant inquiries via live chat and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding Shopify's products and services.
  • Guide merchants through basic troubleshooting steps and common platform functionalities.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward merchants at all times.
