Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our remote team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across Hootsuite's social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media platforms for trends, user-generated content, and relevant conversations.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, under supervision.
• Support the social media team in tracking and analyzing performance metrics, providing insights for future content strategies.
• Help organize and maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all social touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
