Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee complex construction projects in Glasgow. This pivotal role involves managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all construction activities on site, from project initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Manage site budget, control costs, and track expenditure.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Valid UK driving license or ability to obtain one.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship and willingness to relocate to Glasgow, UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
