Key Responsibilities

- Operate basic material handling equipment safely after receiving proper training (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding shipment status.
- Learn and apply company shipping procedures and policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
