Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team in Belfast. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO optimizations, including content optimization, meta tag creation, and internal linking strategies.
- Execute off-page SEO tactics, including link building and local SEO initiatives, to improve domain authority.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels.
- Stay current with the latest SEO algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide recommendations for website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO elements (site architecture, crawlability, indexability, site speed).
- Solid knowledge of current search engine ranking factors and algorithms.
- Experience with content optimization and keyword research methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
