Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, checking for security breaches, unauthorized personnel, and potential hazards.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly and effectively to alerts.
• Control access to premises, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as required.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent criminal activities.
• Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, and security threats, coordinating with relevant authorities.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, offering assistance and directions when needed.
• Conduct security inspections of bags, vehicles, and personnel as per site-specific protocols.
• Operate security equipment including metal detectors, X-ray machines, and communication devices.

Required Skills

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for report writing and system monitoring.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid passport for visa processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security role (e.g., military, law enforcement, corporate security).
• SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of local security regulations and protocols in Dubai.
