Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Operate security equipment, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and policies of the establishment to prevent infractions.
• Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Ability to operate security equipment and systems.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive security training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in security or military/police forces (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Valid SIRA license (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
