Job Description
We are actively seeking vigilant and dedicated Security Guards to join our dynamic team in Jumeirah, Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Apprehend perpetrators and de-escalate volatile situations.
- Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Control access to buildings and direct visitors.
- Complete incident reports and conduct thorough investigations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent observational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Basic first aid knowledge.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in security or a related field (e.g., military, law enforcement).
- Certification in security operations (e.g., SIRA, DPS, PSBD).
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog).
- Valid driver's license.
